Website now, software next

Aesthetics marketing for clinics.

People choose an aesthetics clinic on reviews, the work they can see, and trust: who is treating them and whether that person is on a register. Clinics are run by doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists and some allied health professionals, such as physiotherapists who offer aesthetic treatments, and this page is for any of them. bamboo already reads reviews, ranks a provider against named rivals and writes ads for care providers. The software is not open to clinics yet. The website build and our team running the services are available now, and this page covers all of it.

A site we built

drsheelmehta.com, a bespoke site we built.

A consultant clinical oncologist's private practice site, built and run by Bridgehead and live since 6 November 2026. It states her GMC number and qualifications, says what she treats and where, and explains how fees work.

The home page of drsheelmehta.com: a consultant's name and specialty, a book a consultation button, and her GMC number, qualifications and training.
Home: the name, the specialty, how to book, and the credentials patients check first.
The expertise page of drsheelmehta.com, headed Conditions and treatments.
Expertise: the conditions treated and the treatments delivered, in plain language.
The fees page of drsheelmehta.com, headed Transparent fees, set by the host hospital.
Fees: how they are set and which insurers recognise her.

What the site has

The pages of your site.

  1. 01

    Home

The clinic, who treats you and how to book a consultation.

  2. 02

    The team

Each practitioner, with qualifications and the register they are on.

  3. 03

    Treatments

A page for each treatment you can advertise, with the recovery and the price.

  4. 04

    Consultation

What happens at a consultation and who carries it out.

  5. 05

    Prices

What each treatment costs, stated plainly.

  6. 06

    Contact

Address, hours and a form that reaches your inbox.

How a build runs

From first call to live.

  1. 01

We read your registers and your current site

Your regulator's register, your reviews and what your existing site says, so the first draft starts from fact.

  2. 02

    We write it with you

The pages in your own words, checked against the rules for your profession.

  3. 03

    You approve it

Nothing goes live until you have signed off the copy.

  4. 04

We host it and look after it

On the £99 plan, or the £345 plan if you want us to handle the uploads as well.

What people check

How aesthetics clinics get chosen.

Google reviews

The first thing most clients read, and the one most clinics answer least.

Practitioner registers

Save Face and the JCCP register let a client check who is treating them. Allied health professionals who offer aesthetic treatments can be looked up on the HCPC register.

Social proof

Instagram and TikTok carry the work, and a clinic's standing there is hard to see in one place.

The rules

What your advertising has to follow.

Botulinum toxin cannot be advertised

It is a prescription-only medicine, and the CAP Code does not allow those to be advertised to the public. The ASA has upheld complaints against ads that pointed at it without naming it, and advises promoting the consultation instead of the product.

Fillers are treated differently

Dermal fillers are not prescription-only medicines, so they can be advertised in the ordinary way, with claims that you can evidence. The wording must not imply a prescription-only medicine is on offer too: "anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers" side by side can read that way.

Testimonials and before-and-after photos

A testimonial cannot stand in as evidence for a claim. For a prescription-only treatment, the ASA treats a before-and-after photo as very likely to be an advert for the medicine itself, even with no words beside it. Photos of treatments that are not prescription-only can be used if they are genuine and clearly attributed to that treatment.

What we would publish first

The first three pages for aesthetics clinics.

  1. 01

    A page for each practitioner

Name, qualification, the register they are on and the treatments they carry out, so a client can check who will treat them.

  2. 02

A page for each treatment you can advertise

Fillers, skin treatments and the rest: what it involves, the recovery and the price. A separate consultation page for anything prescription-only.

  3. 03

    A consultation page

What happens at a consultation, who carries it out and how to book, since that is the offer the rules let you promote.

Questions

Before you join.

I am an allied health professional. Is this page for me?

Only if you offer aesthetic treatments. A physiotherapist who does is chosen the same way as any clinic: reviews, the work a client can see, and a register they can check. Many allied health professions, dietitians among them, do not offer aesthetic treatments, so this page does not apply to them. Which treatments you may carry out and advertise depends on your training and your regulator, so we would ask what you offer and who treats the client. Practices without an aesthetics service have their own page.
